Announcement of Merger between Blue Robins Inc. and Vox Trading USA Corporation

We are pleased to announce that Blue Robins Inc (“Blue Robins”) and Vox Trading USA Corporation (“Vox Trading USA”), both wholly-owned subsidiaries of VOX TRADING CO., LTD., have agreed to merge into a single company effective April 1, 2026. Under the terms of the merger agreement, Blue Robins will continue the operations of Vox Trading USA under the name Blue Robins Inc.
Blue Robins is primarily engaged in the import and sales of Japanese foods in the U.S., while Vox Trading USA Corporation focuses on exporting and domestic sales of North American origin food ingredients.
